THUNDER BAY – The Intercity Shopping Centre is currently operating on modified hours in response to the COVID-19 outbreak.
A post on the shopping centre’s Facebook page says the mall has given stores the option to close or remain open with modified hours.
At this time, many stores are closed but there are still some that have chosen to stay open, the post says. The shopping centre has their doors open Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., Saturday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
According to the post, this can change at any time and members of the public are asked to check the Intercity Shopping Centre Facebook page for the latest updates or by going to their website.
As well, the shopping centre has closed off all food court seating in accordance with the provincial state of emergency guidelines. However, take out and food pick up services are still available.
