Intersection of Simpson Street and Pacific Avenue has been reopened

THUNDER BAY – The intersection at Simpson Street and Pacific Avenue is now reopened to traffic. City crews were alerted to a water main break early Sunday morning and searched for the source of the leak.

City road crews work to repair a water main break on the corner of Simpson Street and Pacific Avenue, which has closed both streets, including the Pacific Avenue Bridge.

THUNDER BAY – The intersection at Simpson Street and Pacific Avenue is now reopened to traffic.

City crews were alerted to a water main break early Sunday morning and searched for the source of the leak. It was located on the corner of the Pacific Avenue Bridge and Simpson Street.

Crews worked to repair the intersection Sunday and through the night to early Monday morning to enable the road to be reopened for regular traffic flow.
