KENORA — Kenora Ontario Provincial Police responded to a variety of calls over the weekend.
From April 9 to 12, Kenora OPP responded to 136 calls, according to a police news release.
Some of the calls police responded to included two assaults, eight ambulance assistance, two bail violations, 11 liquor licence acts, eight traffic complaints, three mental health act calls, 12 police assistance, 13 police information, eight traffic complaints, six noise complaints, three thefts, five trouble with youths and 11 unwanted person.
In total, police laid five charges under the criminal code and highway traffic act.
