THUNDER BAY – A major fan expo is heading for this city.
Thundercon and Game Expo 2015 is set to launch at the Valhalla Inn Sunday Oct. 25 from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
In a media release issued Friday, expo organizers boast they have up to 35 game demos planned for the event with a collection of collectible card games, living card games, adventure, miniature, party and family games on display and available for demonstration.
“We have the entire Valahalla filled with programming,” organizer Jess Petro says in a media release issued by organizers.
“The Ballroom, Icelandic, Scandia, Odin and Viking Rooms will all be filled with wonderful geeky goodness. Not to mention the games.”
