Lawrence re-elected as NOACC president

Nathan Lawrence has been re-elected as president of the Northwestern Ontario Associated Chambers of Commerce.

Nathan Lawrence has been re-elected as president of the Northwestern Ontario Associated Chambers of Commerce.

The organization, which represents more than 2,000 businesses from Kenora to Longlac, held its annual general meeting late last week, when resolutions related to energy and forestry were also discusses.

Also elected to the executive were vice-president Eric Pietsch; secretary Andy Scribilo; treasurer Levin Collins and immediate past president Michael Nitz.

Serving as senior advisors will be Coun. Rebecca Johnson, George Macey and Barry Streib.
