Live on the Waterfront line-up has been announced

According to the news release, this free and vibrant event brings together locals, visitors, and music enthusiasts to enjoy an impressive line-up of musical acts spanning many genres, ensuring there's something to suit every musical taste.

THUNDER BAY – The City of Thunder Bay announced the line-up of Thunder Bay’s premier concert series, Live on the Waterfront.

The series takes place on Wednesdays at Marina Park from 6 to 9 p.m. from July 17 to Aug. 24.

The series concludes with the Summer Send-off on Wednesday, Aug. 28 and Thursday, Aug. 29.

According to the news release, this free and vibrant event brings together locals, visitors, and music enthusiasts to enjoy an impressive line-up of musical acts spanning many genres, ensuring there's something to suit every musical taste.

The complete 2024 Summer Events Guide is available online via the City’s Events page. New this year is a limited print run of the guide, complete with artist photos and bios.

They can be found at the following locations: Thunder Bay Public Library – All Hubs, City Hall - Main Desk, Terry Fox Monument & Tourist Information, The Pagoda and Thunder Bay 55 Plus Centre.

The series starts off on July 17 with Cold Lake Sun at 6 p.m., Sensational Hot Rods at 7 p.m., and Daniel Romano’s Outfit at 8 p.m.

On July 24, Cartwrights will play at 6 p.m. then Berk Jodoin hits the stage at 7 p.m. followed by Clerel at 8 p.m.

July 31 starts off with Jessica Sole at 6 p.m., Jonny Lee at 7 p.m. and Boy Golden will close the night at 8 p.m.

On the evening of Aug. 7, Genevieve Racette takes the stage at 6 p.m., Chris Talarico will preform at 7 p.m. and Julian Taylor takes over at 8 p.m.

Aug. 14 will bring Natalia Arroyo, Tim Albertson and Free Label to the spotlight, at 6, 7 and 8 p.m.

When Aug. 21 rolls around you can expect Solomom at 6 p.m., stardrop at 7 p.m. and Alysha Brilla will end the night starting at 8 p.m.

Summer Send-off will start on Aug. 28 with Tin Pan Alley at 6 p.m., Sarah Kae at 7 p.m. and The Pursuit of Happiness at 8 p.m.

For the last show of the summer, DJ Syren kicks it off at 6 p.m. followed by Lockyer Boys at 7 p.m. and at 8 p.m. Choir Revolution will perform. Be sure to stay tuned for details on a song everyone can sing together.
