A Thunder Bay resident was given keys to a brand new car Wednesday after his ballot was chosen in a nation-wide contest.
Mr. Lube officials presented Blain Boyd with a 2010 Ford Fusion Hybrid. The company was hosting a Change Oil, Win Big, Freak Out promotion from September to November. During the promotion customers were given scratch cards for having their vehicle serviced at Mr. Lube.
Although Boyd didn't win an instant prize, his ballot was one of two from across Canada to be drawn for the grand prize.
Along with the new set of wheels, the grand prize includes free oil changes for the next three years.
The other winner is from Scarborough and will be presented with their new car Thursday.
