There’s a good chance someone in Thunder Bay is $1 million richer Saturday morning.
Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation officials confirmed one of five $1-million Lotto Max Maxmillions winning tickets was sold in the city.
The others were purchased in Woodbridge, St. Catharines, the North Bay area and Milton. An Encore ticket worth $1 million was also sold in the Sudbury area.
No one collected the $50-million grand prize, meaning next Friday’s Lotto Max main draw will be worth $50 million, with 50 Maxmillions prizes worth $1 million apiece will also be up for grabs.
