THUNDER BAY – The area’s top curlers are hoping to get back into the hack by mid-February.

Tbaytel Major League of Curling on Wednesday unveiled a tentative schedule that would have teams return to action on Feb. 17 at the Kakabeka Falls Curling Club.

Rather than weekly outings, games would be scheduled twice a week, with matches also played on Saturday, Feb. 20 and Feb. 27.

The playoffs would be held on March 6 at the Port Arthur Curling Club.

The plan depends on whether or not the province removes the stay-at-home order on Feb. 11, after its initial 28-day implementation.
