UPSALA — Ontario Provincial Police have confirmed that one person died in a collision between two tractor-trailer units west of Upsala on Saturday.
The deceased was a 23-year-old man from Winnipeg.
OPP said the collision occurred around 10:30 a.m. in the English River area.
Highway 17 was closed for an extended period while police investigated the circumstances of the accident and until the debris could be cleared.
