KENORA, Ont. – Police have arrested and charged a man following a report of mischief to property.
Ontario Provincial Police were dispatched to multiple reports of property being spray painted in the Lakeside area of Kenora on Monday.
Police responded immediately and were able to locate and arrest a person matching the description given.
As a result of the investigation, a 22-year-old Kenora man has been charged with two counts of mischief over $5,000 and two counts of mischief under $5,000.
The accused was held in custody and attended bail court on July 23 to answer to the charges.
