Missing person case ends in tragedy

THUNDER BAY – The search for Randall Jack has come to a tragic end as he has been found deceased.

Thunder Bay police issued a news release on Wednesday afternoon stating Jack is no longer the subject of a missing person investigation and it is now a private matter between investigators and family.

“No further information will be provided at this time,” the release stated.

Jack, 32 was reported missing on Nov. 24, 2024 in Thunder Bay. He had not been seen or heard from since October.

His family had made public appeals to the community to help find Jack earlier this year.

He was from Big Grassy First Nation but had been living in Thunder Bay for about 20 years.
