THUNDER BAY — Two people were taken to hospital after a multiple-vehicle collision on the Thunder Bay Expressway at Oliver Road on Tuesday morning.
According to Ontario Provincial Police, both individuals sustained minor injuries.
Police said five vehicles were involved in the collision.
The Ministry of Transportation reported shortly before 9:30 that both westbound lanes and the west shoulder were closed as a result of the accident.
Just after 11 a.m., the ministry declared the highway was fully reopened.
