THUNDER BAY -- Young people in Thunder Bay will soon need to find a new place to perform their latest disco moves.
Described as “Thunder Bay’s ultimate entertainment destination,” the Atmos live music venue and sports bar on Red River Road will be closing on Feb. 24 for a little R and R – “renovations and rebranding.”
The closure is expected to last a few months.
“We want to open our doors and embrace everything Thunder Bay has to offer,” the Atmos Facebook message said.
“That is why come end of February, we will be closing our doors and concluding the Atmos legacy.
“This is not the end, just the beginning.”
The music venue opened in 2018.
