A major national construction firm is being brought in to help speed up construction of the luxury condominium going up at the Thunder Bay Country Club.
Dowland Contracting has been enlisted by local developer Robert Zanette. Dowland will take over construction management for the project, which has encountered several delays over the past months.
In a written statement, Zanette states he couldn't be more pleased to partner with the national company, which is best known for its work on large-scale projects in Western Canada and in the Arctic.
With the partnership now in place, construction of the 88-unit condo building is expected to accelerate in the coming weeks.
