THUNDER BAY — City residents will soon get the opportunity to sample the offerings of yet another fast-food restaurant chain.
A sign posted on the vacant part of the same building that houses the Fort William Road location of Burger King states that Firehouse Subs is "coming soon."
TBnewswatch reached out to parent company Restaurant Brands International for more information, but has not yet received a response.
Firehouse Subs was founded in Jacksonville, Fla., in 1994 by two brothers and former firefighters.
The first Canadian location was opened in 2015.
There are now more than 60 across the country, and over 1,200 in North America.
