THUNDER BAY — A company that bills itself as the fastest-growing breakfast chain in Canada has apparently set its sights on Thunder Bay.
According to the website of Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House, the location for one of its newest franchises has been chosen at 905-911 Fort William Rd., opposite Intercity Shopping Centre.
It will be in a building that's still under construction, close to three existing restaurants – Burger King, Osmow's Shawarma, and Firehouse Subs.
No one from Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House has responded yet to requests for information, including the expected opening date.
The Canadian-owned company started its first restaurant in Barrie in 2017, and already has over 70 locations.
In December 2023, when it had over 60 locations, it said it planned to add 54 sites across the country.
