MARATHON, Ont. -- Nine people are facing drug related charges following a drug bust on Thursday in Marathon.
Ontario Provincial Police have charged eight men and one woman with 57 drug related offences following an investigation which individuals trafficking methamphetamine and cocaine in and around the community of Marathon and Pic River First Nation.
Officers executed search warrants on six homes in the Marathon and Pic River First Nation area.
Police located methamphetamine, cocaine powder, crack cocaine, Oxycodone, Psilocybin and marijuana, and $1,865 in Canadian currency.
The street value is estimated to be about $45,000.
