North Stars home game postponed

THUNDER BAY — Monday's Superior International Junior Hockey League game between the Thunder Bay North Stars and the Red Lake Miners has been postponed due to travel issues for the Miners.

A make-up date for the contest, which was to be held at the Fort William Gardens, will be announced a later date.

The two sides are still slated to play at the Gardens on Tuesday at 7:30 p.m.

The 14-6-0-1 North Stars are on a three-game win streak, while the 10-9-1-1 Miners have dropped their last two games.
