THUNDER BAY — A single-vehicle highway crash has left one person dead.

Provincial police confirmed the Tuesday morning incident on Highway 61 south of Loch Lomond Road was a fatal collision.

A police spokesperson said the investigation remains ongoing.

The highway had been closed to one lane in the area for most of Tuesday, but has since fully reopened.
