THUNDER BAY — As the city continues to see fluctuating temperatures of close to zero during the day sometimes but well below --15 overnight, the city has been able to reopen many of the outdoor rinks.
Just in time for the Family Day long weekend, a majority of the outdoor rinks are open for skaters, both supervised and unsupervised.
