Pedestrian seriously injured after parking lot collision

An adult male was transported to hospital by paramedics. No further information is available about the extent of injuries.

THUNDER BAY -- Police are continuing to investigate a motor vehicle collision that left a pedestrian with serious injuries.

Emergency services, including Thunder Bay Police Service officers, responded to the area of County Fair Plaza on Dawson Road just before 7 p.m. on Thursday.

An adult male was transported to hospital by paramedics. No further information is available about the extent of injuries.

Ontario Provincial Police provided investigative assistance.

Police are aware that a drone was being flown in the area around the time of the incident.

The owner of that drone is asked to submit footage to police or through Crime Stoppers if anything was captured that could assist the investigation.
