THUNDER BAY — Police continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding a collision that sent a woman to hospital with serious injuries Tuesday evening.
The Thunder Bay Police Service said a 30-year-old city resident was struck by a vehicle at Cumberland Street and Gibson Street shortly before 6:30 pm.
She was taken to hospital with significant injuries but a spokesperson said the injuries were not believed to be life-threatening.
As of late Tuesday morning, no charges had been laid.
