THUNDER BAY — A shortage of the new Pfizer bivalent COVID-19 vaccine lasted no longer than a day.
The Thunder Bay District Health has received a shipment of the vaccine, meaning it will now be available at the CLE Coliseum clinic starting on Tuesday.
The health unit had announced Sunday that the Pfizer bivalent vaccine would not be available at the clinic Monday, due to a shortage, but that all other COVID-19 vaccine products, including the Moderna bivalent vaccine, remained available.
