THUNDER BAY – A 73-year-old Thunder Bay man has been arrested and is facing charges related to child pornography.

City police say they began an investigation in October, after discovering a local internet user was suspected of uploading child pornography.

After determining the material was consistent with child pornography, police identified a suspect and obtained a search warrant, which was executed at a residence on the city’s south side on Thursday morning.

The accused, Graham Dudley, was arrested, appeared in court and was remanded into custody. He’s been charged with possession of child pornography and accessing child pornography.

Anyone with tips that could assist investigators is asked to call Det.-Const. Joel Manherz at (807) 684-1200 ext. 4115, or submit tips anonymously through Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 or online at www.p3tips.com.
