Police converge on Limbrick Street

THUNDER BAY -- City police are maintaining a presence in the Limbrick area on Sunday night.

Earlier in the evening police swarmed the neighbourhood. A witness reported officers and a canine unit searching the treeline along a section of Riverview Drive.

According to another witness, seven or eight patrol cars were in the area at one point on Sunday evening.

Police have not issued a statement about the incident.
