THUNDER BAY — Thunder Bay Police have released the identity of the victim of a homicide on the city's north side last weekend.
He was 19-year-old Aiden Cameron Cunningham of Thunder Bay.
Officers discovered him injured at a Crown Street residence on June 25 after they were called to investigate a reported assault.
Paramedics took Cunningham to hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
In connection with the fatality, 18-year-old Daniel Braden Keefe of Thunder Bay was charged with second-degree murder.
To date, Thunder Bay has recorded eight homicides in 2022.
