Police investigate crash at Thunder Bay Transit headquarters

Vehicle hits structure at rear of Fort William Road facility, reduces it to pile of cinder blocks.

THUNDER BAY – Emergency crews are on scene after a collision at the rear of the Thunder Bay Transit building on Fort William Road

A tan-coloured sedan, with airbags deployed, appears to have crashed crashed through a fence and hit a small structure, reducing it to a pile of cinder blocks which the vehicle came to rest upon. 

There is no official word on whether or not anyone was injured.

Multiple response teams from Superior North EMS and Thunder Bay Fire Rescue were on scene assisting police, who have blocked off a section of road at the intersection of Fourth Avenue and High Street South.
