THUNDER BAY — Thunder Bay Police are investigating what they are only referring to as "a serious incident" on the south side of the city.
Officers with the Primary Response Branch were dispatched to the 1100 block of Lincoln St. shortly before 10 p.m. Tuesday.
A visible police presence remains in the area outside McIvor Court, a seniors building operated by the District of Thunder Bay Social Services Administration Board.
Members of the TBPS Major Crimes Unit and Forensic Identification Unit are involved in the ongoing investigation.
No further details were released, but a spokesperson said updates will be provided as they become available.
