Police investigating reports of gunshots fired

Incident took place early Tuesday morning in the 100 block of Bethune Street.

THUNDER BAY – Police are investigating an early morning shooting in the 100 block of Bethune Street.

In a release issued on Tuesday, police said there were no injuries in the incident, which came in as a call reporting possible gunshots in the area.

The incident took place at about 5 a.m.

Major crimes is involved in the ongoing investigation and a visible police presence is expected to remain in the area.
