The search is on for a man police say robbed a south side convenience store with a syringe or knife.
Officials with the Thunder Bay Police Service say a man entered Victoria Park Variety around 5:30 p.m. Tuesday. He was armed with either a knife or syringe and had his face covered with a white neck warmer.
The suspect made off with an undisclosed amount of cash before getting into a baby blue four-door 1980s model car and fleeing.
The man is described as a Caucasian in his twenties, average build and six feet tall.
He was last seen wearing a blue ski jacket.
