Police presence on Wiley Street

Police are interviewing potential witnesses, but have not closed the street to traffic.

THUNDER BAY -- A large police presence is in place on Wiley Street on Friday night.

About half-a-dozen cruisers remained on scene by 9:20 p.m. and officers could be seen interviewing potential witnesses in the area at the time of the incident, which has not been revealed publicly.

Social media reports indicate at least two ambulances were dispatched to the area, near the intersecction at Ogden Street.

Wiley Street remained open to traffic.
