Police seek missing 11-year-old

THUNDER BAY – The Thunder Bay Police Service is requesting assistance from the public in locating a missing 11-year-old.

Elliana Kwandibens was last seen on Monday evening in the area of 1000 Fort William Road, police said in a release issued Tuesday.

She is described as an Indigenous female standing about 5’4”, with a medium build, medium complexion, long brown hair, brown eyes, and glasses.

Kwandibens was last seen wearing a green sweater, black jogging pants, and brown shoes.
