THUNDER BAY — City police are asking for the public's help in locating a missing teen.
Heaven Moses-Fortier is 15 years old. She was last seen near Walsh Street East on Friday, Jan. 26.
The youth is described as an Indigenous female, about 5’5” in height, with a thin build.
She has long black hair and brown eyes. Heaven was last seen wearing a black winter coat with fur trim on the hood, a black shirt, burgundy pants, and white running shoes.
