THUNDER BAY -- Thunder Bay Police say they have taken an adult male into custody following an incident on Thursday night in the Blucher Avenue and Windsor Street area.
Police had earlier warned the public to avoid the area of Blucher Avenue and Windsor Street while they conduct an ongoing investigation.
Police on scene confirmed it was a standoff.
