THUNDER BAY -- A local non-profit organization is looking for help as its biggest fundraiser gets off to a slow start.

Precious Bundles works with families to provide essential items and clothing to newborns and young children.

Precious Bundles spokeswoman Kim Kirkup said she hopes raffle ticket sales pick-up as it's a main source of revenue.

"We are a little bit concerned because this is the only way that we can make money to help the families that need our help," Kirkup said during an interview with CKPR Radio. "Our demand has risen incredibly in the last year."

Kirkup added that donations are always appreciated and can be dropped off at Kim's Custom Engraving and Gifts at Victoriaville Centre or The Boys and Girls Clubs of Thunder Bay.
