Prominent Thunder Bay judge dies

A spokesperson with the Ontario Court of Justice confirmed the recent passing of a Thunder Bay judge.

THUNDER BAY – A well-known Thunder Bay Ontario Court of Justice has passed away.

Justice Dino DiGiuseppe passed away on Monday, March 23, according to James Schneider, a spokesperson for the Ontario Court of Justice.

“It is with great sadness that we confirm that the Honourable Justice Dino DiGiuseppe passed away,” Schneider said in an email.

There is no word on cause of death.
