Thunder Bay residents will be receiving their 2017 Battery Recycling Bags between March 23 and March 29. Bags will be delivered to Canada Post delivery points – those who use communal mail boxes will receive their battery bag in their weekly flyer package.
Battery bags make it easy and safe to recycle spent household batteries during the 2017 Curbside Battery Recycling Program, which will take place from April 18 - 28, on residents’ regular recycling day. Residents should look for the Battery symbol in their Waste Collection Calendars.
