THUNDER BAY -- The Snowbirds are tenatively planning to fly over Thunder Bay on Monday afternoon at 1:45 p.m.

The nine-plane formation has been flying over communities across Canada for the past week, part of Operation Inspiration.

They are expected to be in Sault Ste. Marie at 10:30 a.m.

All schedules are weather dependent and are updated on the CF Snowbirds social media accounts.

The public is being encouraged to observe the flyovers from the comfort of their homes and are being discouraged from travelling to see them.
