THUNDER BAY — A hold & secure protocol implemented at St. Patrick High School on Tuesday afternoon was lifted after about one-and-a-half hours.
In a brief announcement at 2:30 pm, the Thunder Bay Catholic District School Board said the Thunder Bay Police Service had determined "the school is safe."
No details have been disclosed about what prompted hold & secure to be declared.
The board's statement said "We appreciate your understanding during these circumstances, as our students and staff are always our priority."
