THUNDER BAY — A winter storm that could dump up to 30 centimetres of snow in the Thunder Bay area has forced the closure of rural schools and shut down rural school bus transportation,
The announcement was made early Monday morning by Student Transportation Services of Thunder Bay.
Snow accompanied by gusting winds is expected to continue into Monday evening, according to Environment Canada.
