THUNDER BAY – Sweet G’s Family Restaurant will reopen soon after renovations are complete.
The restaurant had to close back in January due to a fire that had occurred at the Dawson Road establishment.
In a Facebook post, Sweet G’s Family Restaurant shared a poll to create a new name to “mark this fresh start.”
The poll will be active for seven days, starting on July 11, with options including: ‘The Diner on Dawson,’ ‘Cornerstone Café,’ ‘Dawson Diner,’ or ‘Ella Rae’s Family Restaurant.’
"We want to thank you for all of your support and we can't wait to serve you again," the Facebook post said.
