THUNDER BAY – The Sweet North Bakery's new location at 106 High St. N is now open.
According to its website, Sweet North is a proudly Canadian bakery and cafe that offers up delicious baked goods and home-style food made fast but with high quality, using whole food ingredients and featuring regional flavours while never using artificial flavours or preservatives.
The new location will be open Sunday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. For this upcoming week, the bakery will be closed Monday through Wednesday, but will be back Thursday through Sunday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Expanded hours are on the way.
Sweet North has two other locations, 802 Fort William Rd. and 10 Court St. S.
A Facebook post said the bakery is working out some wrinkles and getting used to the new location. Their offerings will be increasing over the coming weeks.
