TROIS RIVIERES, Que. --- The UQTR Patriotes got a perfect night of goaltending from William Grimard and downed the visiting Lakehead Thunderwolves 3-0 on Friday night.
Grimard stopped all 26 shots directed his way to record the shutout and the Patriotes offence delivered a goal in each period.
Vincent Milot-Ouellet, Zachary Gravel and Anthony-Munroe Boucher scored for UQTR.
Christian Cicigoi made 28 saves between the pipes for LU, who are solo third in the OUA West at 14-9-2.
UQTR improved to 15-9-1.
