FORT FRANCES, Ont.– A 15-year-old male is facing multiple charges after a bomb threat was made against the Fort Frances High School last week.
Officers with the OPP Rainy River detachment responded to the school shortly after 3 p.m. on May 24 to investigate the threat. No detonation device was located or used.
The investigation led to the arrest of the teen, who has been charged with uttering threats to cause death, criminal harassment and assault.
The suspect will appear in Fort Frances court on June 6.
The charges have not been proven in court.
