A 15-year old Sandy Lake boy is facing charges following the death of an 11-year-old girl a year ago in Sioux Lookout.
The body of Chloe Mathews was discovered in Sioux Lookout, and it was later determination that she died from hypothermia.
A young boy now faces charges of sexual assault, sexual interference and criminal negligence causing death.
The suspected youth has a preliminary hearing set for March in Sioux Lookout.
The name of the suspect cannot be released in accordance with the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
