Thief takes cashbox from restaurant during morning break-in
City police officers are looking for the person who broke into the Mr. Sub restaurant on Red River Road early this Tuesday morning.
Investigators with the Thunder Bay Police Service are using the store's video surveillance footage to try and locate the person responsible.
The video has helped officers determine that the incident took place around 2:30 a.m.
The suspected thief fled the scene after taking a cash-box that was located behind a counter.
