THUNDER BAY -- Three people were seriously injured after a two-vehicle crash Monday evening.
Officials with the Thunder Bay Police Service say the crash took place at the corner of Fort William Road and Central Avenue just after 6 p.m.
Police say a vehicle had turned left onto Central Avenue from Fort William Road and was struck by another vehicle.
Thunder Bay Fire and Rescue firefighters used the jaws of life to remove one person from the vehicle.
Meanwhile, paramedics transported all three people involved in the crash to the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre. They are all being treated for serious injuries.
