THUNDER BAY — The City of Thunder Bay is opening three more crossovers with pedestrian-activated flashing overhead lights.
Crossovers on Court Street at McVicar Street, Pioneer Drive at Wyndale Street, and Neebing Avenue at Mary Street will all be activated today.
These bring to four the number of crossovers put into service this year.
There are now 13 on busy streets around the city.
Motorists and cyclists are required to stop whenever the crossover lights are activated.
