TORONTO – A Thunder Bay resident is $100,000 richer after a recent lottery win.
Lola Russel matched the last six of seven Encore numbers in exact order in the Oct. 14 daily grand draw to win $100,000.
The winning ticket was purchased at Good Luck Lottery Shoppe on River Street in Thunder Bay.
